Each track has a grid of its own in each block, and all of them keep the same time. Press a note and then a later step in its row to hold it (Shift and an arrow key do the same). Make the blocks and put them in order for a whole song: A four times, then B twice. Change the meter or the scale and every block follows. Press a row's name to hear it.
